A: As long as the wheels are not overweight, the wheels will only wear slightly when used on flat surfaces such as offices, shopping malls, and subways.

Q: What should I do if my wheel is damaged in an accident?

A: We ship with a repair kit, which contains accessories for wheel repair.

Q: Is there a plastic shaft inside the wheel? How much weight can it bear?

Q: Is the sound of the omni wheel louder than that of the ordinary easy wheel?

A: Yes, in order to achieve free movement in two directions, the result of the universal wheel itself determines that its sound will be louder than normal ones’. 2). This motor is a brushless hub motor, it can run about 30km/h.

3). This motor is a geared motor, it has planetary gear inside, it can drive forward but can not drive reverse.
