[MediaTek MT7986A CPU] Banana Pi BPI-R3 Mini Router board with MediaTek MT7986A (Filogic 830) quad core ARM Cortex-A53 chip up to 2GHz with up to 18,000 DMIPs of processing power. Onboard 2G DDR4 RAM and 8G eMMC flash, 128MB SPI Nand Flash, 2.5G PHY and MT7976C Chip. BPI-R3 mini router board can use Quectel RM500U-CN & RM520N-GL 5G modules.
[Support Dual-band Wi-Fi 6/2x 2.5GbE ] Banana Pi BPI-R3 mini open source support Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 2.4G/5G with MT7976C chip and support 2x 2.5GbE ethernet port at the same time. Which has many advantages over its predecessors, lower latency, larger bandwidth capacity and faster transmission rates. But note that WiFi and 5G can only be added via USB 3.0 dongles.
